The Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater Box Office is located at the main entrance which faces Jack Warner Parkway, across from The Tuscaloosa News.

Will Call: Will Call tickets can be picked up during box office hours or on the day of show. Photo ID must be shown when picking up Will Call. ID must match Will Call name.
Phone Orders: Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater does not accept orders over the phone. Tickets may be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or in-person at the Box Office.
Guest Services: Guest Services is located in the Box Office. Our staff is available during concerts to assist guests with ticket, seating, ADA or transportation questions.
Lost & Found: If you left something behind at one of our events, please contact the Box Office. All found items are secured in the box office for one week, then disposed.
